How we arrange control

A step-by-step process — from receiving cargo details to the import permit

01
We check whether control is required
Based on the HS code and product description, we determine which types of control are needed: sanitary, veterinary, phytosanitary or a combination.
02
We prepare the documents
We check the shipper’s international certificate, translations and compliance with the regulatory authority’s requirements.
03
We arrange the control
We notify the authority in advance, accompany the cargo during inspection and, if needed, arrange sampling and testing.
04
We obtain the permit
Once control is passed, we obtain the inspection report or permit and hand over the documents to continue customs clearance.
