How we support the inspection
Four steps from the customs notice to closing the inspection and continuing clearance
01
We receive the notice
Customs notifies us that an inspection has been ordered. We analyse the type: documentary, physical, selective or full.
02
We arrange access
We coordinate with the terminal or temporary storage warehouse to ensure access to the cargo at the scheduled time.
03
We attend the inspection
A broker attends the inspection. We answer the inspector’s questions, provide documents and record the process.
04
We close the inspection
We sign the report and, if needed, submit explanations or additional documents. The cargo returns to the clearance procedure.
