How we put a crew on site
From request to crew on your warehouse floor — 48 hours
01
Request and details
We clarify the type of work (palletising, stickering, co-packing), volume, address, start date and headcount. If you have packing standards, share a sample or description.
02
Crew selection
We assemble a crew of experienced packers from our staff pool. If needed, we select for a specific product type — food, chemicals, electronics, clothing.
03
Paperwork and briefing
We handle the paperwork, run an initial health and safety briefing and agree packing quality requirements in line with your standards.
04
Start and quality control
The crew arrives at the scheduled time. Your ERNES account manager stays in touch. If needed, we add people or provide replacements on the same shift.
