How we file the declaration
Step by step — from receiving documents to the release of goods

We receive the documents
Invoice, packing list, CMR/AWB/bill of lading, certificates, contract, permits. We check the package is complete before we start.

We prepare the declaration
We complete every box of the declaration: HS code, customs value, country of origin, transport costs, delivery terms, customs procedure.
03
We file in ASMO
The declaration is filed electronically. If needed, we add documents in response to the inspector’s request.
04
We obtain release
After verification the declaration receives “released” status. We notify the client and hand over the supporting documents.
