Based on the invoice and product description, we determine the HS code and compile the full list of required permits and controls.

We submit applications to the relevant authorities (SSUFSCP, veterinary service, phytosanitary service, UkrSEPRO, etc.) and provide samples and technical documentation.

Obtaining documents
We monitor deadlines, respond to authorities’ queries, collect the issued permits and check that they meet the requirements.

Handover and archive
We hand over the complete package to the client and the customs declarant, and keep copies on file for future shipments.
