How we run a stocktake
From request to finished act — we organise the entire process

Request and approval
We clarify the scope (number of SKUs, floor area), counting method (handheld terminals or manual), timing and accounting system. We propose the optimal crew composition.

Building the auditor crew
We select auditors experienced with similar warehouses and your accounting system. If needed, we brief them on the specifics of your product range.

The count
The crew arrives at the scheduled time. We count stock section by section and enter the data into your system or fill in stocktake sheets.

Act and discrepancy report
After the count we provide a stocktake act and a discrepancy report showing surpluses and shortages for each SKU. The results are signed off with your representative.
