How we recruit drivers
From request to driver on the road — 48 hours

We receive your request
We clarify the licence category, vehicle type, route or site address, schedule and start date. Urgent requests are handled as a priority.

We vet and select
We filter our staff pool by licence category, experience and area. We check the driving licence, medical certificate and that there is no active driving ban.
03
Paperwork
We sign a business-to-business contract and handle the driver’s employment documents. Waybills and timesheets are our responsibility.
04
On the route or on site
The driver starts at the scheduled time. Your ERNES account manager stays in touch and resolves day-to-day issues without your involvement.
